All clients of the Burnett Speech Pathology including family members, carers and other relevant stakeholders are free to make complaints/compliments. You have the right to have any complaint dealt with promptly, fairly and cooperatively. We will be fair to you and any other people involved in your complaint. We will be courteous to you and do everything possible to resolve your concern.
